What we expect

  1. Responsible for timely transactional processing of domestic purchase orders in SAP
  2. Responsible for timely transactional processing of import purchase orders in SAP
  3. Responsible for checking relevant documentation and policies for the respective purchasing processes to ensure adherence to the same
  4. Extract & send relevant reports to internal customers or management, as & when the situation demands
  5. Responsible for maintaining data accuracy & data integrity in SAP Vendor Master
  6. Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP MM Module is an added advantage
  7. Must be a good team player and open to cross-functional exposure with requisite training
  8. Responsible for expediting On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries by maintaining liaison with suppliers

Who we are looking for

  1. B. Com Graduate (or equivalent) with 2+ years of experience in Purchase Processing support.
  2. Prior experience of working in SAP MM module will be a distinct advantage.
