What we expect

  • You are responsible for the financial, accounting, controlling and risk reporting processes of our Business Unit entities and branches.
  • You ensure an on time and high quality reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the entities of BU Home Solutions
  • You analyze deviations versus budget and other comparable periods
  • You set up and proactively improve our management accounts, budget/forecast methodology and tools in order to create reliable visibility on our BU performance
  • You manage the monthly opportunities and risk reporting as well as the bi-yearly risk inventory process
  • You are responsible for organizing the monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reporting process as well as ad-hoc reporting duties
  • You manage projects throughout the entire BU to improve our financial efficiency
  • You are in charge of reporting and analysis of our BU Holding company
  • You guarantee that all entities are aware of all reporting requirements and are trained in a sufficient way on the reporting systems
  • You lead a small team on BU level

Who we are looking for

  • You have successfully completed your economic/business administration university studies with an emphasis on business administration incl. controlling, accounting and finance
  • At least 5 years professional controlling/accounting experience in an international environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to see the issues behind the numbers
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills
  • High performance orientation and strong conceptual skills
  • Very good English language skills
  • Good MS Office in particular Excel, Power BI and database administration skills and ideally knowledge of SAP/ Navision
  • Credible and convincing personality
  • Strong personnel management skills and first experience in leadership
