What we expect
- Accountable for achieving quality assurance operational objectives in the country.
- Under the guidance of Functional manager establish/maintain OSH/quality processes.
- Ensure timely preparation of OSH/quality documentation and reports,
- Follow the company procedures on OSH and Quality assurance in case of OSH/Quality incidents
- Investigate customer complaints; develop and conduct corrective action.
- Participate in OSH/QA hazard analyses; identify critical control points and preventive measures.
- Communicate OSH/quality news and standards to the stakeholders.
- Ensure implementation of corporate safety and environmental programs under guidance of functional supervisor
- Provide guidance to business managers about safety issues and concerns and ensure that OSH programs and safety records are well maintained.
- Ensure that OSH mandatory training is implemented accordingly.
- Review and analyze safety trends in the country, provide information about OSH trends, status quo and risks to Head of OSH MCGE;
- Be part of OSH accident investigation according to corporate requirements.
- Recommend appropriate PPE and safety tools to the country, recommend qualified PPE providers, chosen according to corporate standards.
- Maintain a high level of safety awareness for an accident-free workplace and perform all other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for ISO certification of the company, as well as about the documentation to ISCIR needed to authorize the elevators/escalators
Who we are looking for
- Proven successful experience in a similar role in an international corporate environment
- University diploma in occupation safety /industrial engineering
- OSHA 500-hour certification and qualified trainer status / First Aid/CPR/AED certified is highly preferred
- Knowledge of ISO900, OHSAS
- Good English and Romanian knowledge is a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Available to travel for site visits in the countryside to inspect our equipment and subcontractors
- Elevator industry or service-related field experience is an advantage
