TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Manager of Analytics & Insights located in Atlanta, GA.

The Manager of Analytics & Insights will lead the US Field and BU efforts to provide both day-to-day insights and big picture analysis to help optimize performance across the BU. A critical part of this role is to manage the transformation of the delivery of BU KPIs from our Excel environment to a Power BI dashboard, self -serve delivery model. This will require developing the analysis team and partnering with our IT team to align
Dashboard development with the development of data warehouse. You will also be responsible for leading the BU’s efforts to drive the consolidated reporting of global PPMT and VCP reporting process.

This role will lead a team that supports the BU and provides financial and analytical assessments that help drive strategic decision-making. They provide a robust monthly close package providing variance analysis. The candidate will demonstrate a core data/analytics skillset along with a strong degree of creativity, innovation,
and business and financial acumen. The role will lead a team of analysts and partner with internal groups to make strategic decisions based on data forecasting and analysis. This position will work directly with the executive team and report to the Director of Analytics & Insights.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUCTIONS:

  • Lead the team that delivers the monthly close analysis providing variance analysis to the CFO and global leadership on major KPIs, measures, and VCPs
  • Manage the team responsible for transforming the delivery of BU KPIs from our Excel environment to a Power BI dashboard, self-serve delivery model
  • Lead the BU’s efforts to drive the consolidated reporting of global PPMT and VCP reporting process
  • Recruit, direct, evaluate and mentor staff to ensure appropriate organizational development, teamwork, performance management, and implementation of company’s goals and objectives
  • Serve as the bridge between the business and the analytics teams, to understand the business requirements and guide the teams to arrive at strategic data-driven decisions
  • Provide value added financial analysis to assist executives and management in strategic planning and decision making
  • Review company business processes from end-to-end to identify opportunities to improve data reporting and integrity
  • Develop a coaching strategy for team members to achieve or exceed goals and objectives
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to gain a deep understanding of operational and financial processes
  • Identify efficiencies across business units and assist leaders in facilitating process improvements
  • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities and generate plans to address each
  • Partner with FP&A to lead the implementation of a dynamic forecasting model
  • Partner with FP&A to lead the monthly closing effort. Prepare presentations in support monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees of the company
  • Provide personnel and systems to support all functional departments in preparing ad hoc financial analysis on revenue/volume/cost impacts of changes, capital project ROI and cost reduction initiatives
  • Identify cost drivers, performing program/project financial reviews and reporting results for weekly, monthly and quarterly management updates
  • Ad-hoc analysis supporting the US Telecom executive team and internal business partners
  • Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) for special initiatives
  • Provide project leadership on multiple projects as assigned

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor ’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field is required
  • MBA and CPA Certification preferred
  • 10+ Years of Financial Analysis and Modeling Experience
  • 5+ Years of Managerial/Supervisory Experience
  • CPA, MBA, preferred. 
  • Advanced Excel skill set, along with strong, deep financial modeling and data mining expertise from multiple databases and proficient in PowerPoint
  • Polished communication skills required to interact with C-levels leadership
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI, EPM Cloud or other financial reporting software a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting methods and modeling;
  • Strong and broad experience in accounting and finance and the ability to apply strong GAAP knowledge to analysis
  • Ability to solve complex problems through solution-oriented analysis and cost effective solutions
  • A high level of initiative and drive. Natural sense of ownership for projects and duties.
  • Ability to work with C-levels for exchange of information and formation/monitoring of goals including
    professional interpersonal and articulate/diplomatic communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with very sensitive data and able to maintain a high degree of discretion.
  • Demonstrated bias towards process improvement and automation
  • High degree of Emotional Intelligence
  • Great Critical Thinker with a natural curiosity to analyze and improve business results and processes
  • A Partner with the Business Unit Leaders
