What we expect
- Coordinating the activities of a certain team of elevator and escalator Technicians, and providing technical support for them in special inspections and repair operations
- Performing internal inspections of elevators/escalators/moving walks to assess service quality
- Monitoring periodic inspections of units in accordance with ISCIR Technical Regulations
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Monthly analysis of maintenance, call-back and repair service objectives
- Periodic performance evaluation of the team, verifying working hours and job completions supporting billing and payroll activities
- Managing material resources used by the Technicians
- Supporting the Sales, Logistics and Procurement departments in correctly identifying the spare parts needed
- Monthly planning of preventive maintenance on predefined routes
- Managing customer complaints in a manner to maintain a high level customer satisfaction
- Regular meetings with customers
- Implementation of new work procedures required by the company
- Tracking and act on spare part warranties and factory remedies
Who we are looking for
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the elevator industry
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Solid knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electrics and electronics
- Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical repairs of elevators/escalators
- Fluency in English and in Romanian, both spoken and written
- Good communication skills, proactive personality
- Driver's license
- Willingness to travel within the country
