What we expect

Your responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers & local HR
  • Scale the company with smart, visionary employees who want to make a difference
  • Perform the pre-selection of candidates, prepare and execute virtual and in person interviews
  • Take responsibility for candidate relationship management and ensure a seamless candidate and customer experience
  • Define sourcing strategies, build up candidate pipelines and retain strong networks and talent pools for future hiring need
  • Keep an eye on recruitment trends, evaluate them and identify the most effective and efficient channels for your positions
  • Have an impact by accompanying internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
  • Contribute your experience and knowledge at any time to optimize our internal processes and standards

Who we are looking for

Your profile

  • Academic background in business administration or a comparable degree
  • 1-3 years of functional experience in working as a Recruiter, providing end-to-end recruitment service in a fast-paced environment e.g. start-up
  • Entrepreneurial and holistic thinking enables you to identify the right recruitment priorities
  • Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
  • Enthusiastic to extent knowledge in talent acquisition – both in terms of business trends and technology trends
  • Enjoying working in an international environment with a mindset of thinking global / acting local
  • Fluent computer skills, with tech & digitization affinity, experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial
  • Taking initiative and motivating others to drive continuous improvement combined with willingness to growth and learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German
