Lead Receiving Clerk (Byhalia)

This role is responsible for providing administrative support for the receiving department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• • Leads the receiving department.
  • Supports receiving by updating any spreadsheets, charts, graphs as directed by the receiving supervisor
  • Gather packing slips from the plant.
  • Enter receipts of packing slips from the dock and different locations in the plant.
  • Enter receipts of EMJ, FL Crane, Fastenal, and Accounts Payable requests.
  • Assist in moving orange tickets for processed material in PFEP Mobile.
  • Packing slips are gathered and counted hourly and then alphabetized and daily scanned into AX.
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Communication via phone and email

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years Receiving experience required, preferably in a lead role.
• Forklift certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required.
• Requires strong math skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented to manage multiple projects.
• Able to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
